Terms of Service
This End User Agreement (the "Agreement") should be read thoroughly by you (the
"User" or "You") before utilizing TANASUB.LIVE's services or products. Please note that this
Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and TANASUB.LIVE (referred to as "
TANASUB.LIVE" "Us," or "We"), the owner and operator of the internet site located at
TANASUB.LIVE and the games described thereon (the "Service"). By clicking the "I Agree"
button, if available, and/or using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions
outlined in this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, TANASUB.LIVE grants
the User a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service on their

distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or translate the
website; or (b) use the Service in a manner that is prohibited by applicable laws or
regulations (each of the above is referred to as "Unauthorized Use"). TANASUB.LIVE
reserves all rights that are not explicitly granted to the User in this Agreement and
retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You agree that you will be solely
responsible for any damage, costs, or expenses resulting from your commission of any
Unauthorized Use. You shall immediately notify TANASUB.LIVE upon discovering any
Unauthorized Use and shall provide TANASUB.LIVE with reasonable assistance in any
investigations it conducts based on the information you provide.
1.4. The term "TANASUB.LIVE", its domain names and any other trade marks, or service
marks used by TANASUB.LIVE as part of the Service (the "Trade Marks''), are solely owned
by TANASUB.LIVE. Additionally, all the content on the website, including but not limited to
images, text, graphics, music, and videos (the "Site Content"), belongs to TANASUB.LIVE
and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You hereby
acknowledge that by using the Service, you obtain no rights in the Site Content and/or
the Trade Marks, or any part thereof. Under no circumstances may you use the Site
Content and/or the Trade Marks without TANASUB.LIVE’s prior written consent. Additionally,
the user agrees not to do anything that may harm the rights of TANASUB.LIVE, including its
intellectual property rights.
2. No Warranties
2.1. TANASUB.LIVE disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, in connection with
the service, which is provided to the user "as is". The company makes no warranty or
representation as to the quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy.
2.2. Despite TANASUB.LIVE's efforts, TANASUB.LIVE makes no guarantee that the service will be
uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.
3. Authority/Terms of Service
You agree to abide by the game rules outlined on the TANASUB.LIVE’s website. The
company has complete authority over the issuance, maintenance, and closing of the
Service. The final decision made by TANASUB.LIVE's management regarding any use of the
Service or dispute resolution will not be subject to review or appeal.
4. Your Obligations as a Player
4.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
4.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such as higher than the minimum legal age of
majority in the jurisdiction of Your residence (e.g. Estonia – 21 years), and legally
allowed to participate in the games.
4.1.2 You participate in the games strictly for recreational and entertainment reasons
only, and not for professional purposes.
4.1.3. You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other
person.
4.1.4. All information that You provide to TANASUB.LIVE during the term of validity of this
agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify
TANASUB.LIVE of any change of such information.
4.1.5. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your
winnings from TANASUB.LIVE under relevant laws.
4.1.6. You understand that by participating in the Games you take the risk of losing
Virtual Funds deposited into Your Member Account.
4.1.7. Engagement in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other illegal activities related to
your or third-party participation in the Games is prohibited. Additionally, using any
software-assisted methods, techniques, or hardware devices for your participation in the
Games is not allowed, and TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to reject any wager if such
behavior is detected.
4.1.8. You understand that Virtual Funds represented by Bitcoin are not recognized as a
legal currency or tender and are considered as virtual funds with no inherent value on
the Website.
4.1.9. You understand that the value of Bitcoin can fluctuate greatly due to market
changes.
4.1.10. The use of payment methods belonging to a third-party or individual is strictly
prohibited.
4.2. The transfer, sale, and acquisition of user accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.3. When playing games on our site, players are expected to exhibit the same level of
courtesy as they would in any other setting. This includes avoiding rude or obscene
comments towards other players.
4.4. In the circumstances that a wager is mistakenly confirmed or a payment is made in
error, TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to cancel all wagers that contain such an error.
4.5. Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the
software, he/she is . Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness
immediately to TANASUB.LIVE Should the user fails to fulfill these obligations, TANASUB.LIVE
reserves the right to seek full compensation for any costs incurred as a result of the
error or incompleteness, including costs related to the error or incompleteness and the
user's failure to report it.
4.6. If a game is interrupted due to a system failure, TANASUB.LIVE shall refund the amount
wagered in the game to the user by crediting it to their account, or, if the account no
longer exists, by paying it to the user in an approved manner. If the user had an
outstanding credit at the time of the interruption, the monetary value of the credit will
also be credited to their account, or, if the account no longer exists, paid to the user in
an approved manner.
4.7. TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to reject or limit wagers and the user is not allowed to
wager an amount exceeding their personal account balance. Wins are credited to the
user's personal account.
4.8. If there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of the casino system, TANASUB.LIVE
reserves the right to withhold payments and take legal action against the responsible
parties. Any user or individual found to have manipulated the casino system, or
attempted to do so, will be subject to criminal charges. TANASUB.LIVE also reserves the
right to terminate or modify any games or events offered on the website.
4.9. We reserve the right to require some verification in case of suspicious or fraudulent
transactions.
4.10. TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to declare any wager null and void, either partially or
in full, if it determines at its discretion that any of the following circumstances have taken
place
4.10.1 You, or individuals connected to you, may directly or indirectly influence the
outcome of an event for the purpose of gaining an illegal advantage.
4.10.2. You or those connected to you have directly or indirectly disregarded the rules of
TANASUB.LIVE.
4.10.3. The outcome of an event has been directly or indirectly impacted by criminal
activity.
4.10.4. You have been placed that would not have otherwise been accepted, but were
accepted during periods when the website experienced technical issues.
4.10.5. You may be offered, placed or accepted due to an error such as a misprint,
technical glitch, act of God, or other circumstances.
4.10.6. If a player's deposit fee is deemed too low by blockchain or a similar site as "not
enough fee to relay," TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to confiscate the winnings if it
determines, at its discretion, that the player's transaction and behavior are fraudulent in
nature.
4.11. You agree to immediately notify TANASUB.LIVE if you enter into any self-exclusion
agreements with any gambling providers.
5. Prohibited Uses
5.1 Personal use: The Service provided is only intended for the User's personal use and
should not be utilized for any other purpose. The User is only authorized to place
wagers for their personal amusement and must not create multiple accounts, which
includes but is not limited to, the aim of collusion and/or abuse of the Service.
5.2. Jurisdiction: The Service may not be used by individuals residing or located in
Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Costa Rica, France, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St Martin, or
the USA, which are referred to as the "Prohibited Jurisdictions." The restrictions on
real-money play from Prohibited Jurisdictions also apply to citizens of other nations who
are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any effort to bypass these restrictions by
individuals located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a violation of this Agreement. Such
efforts at circumvention may include, but are not limited to, altering the information used
by TANASUB.LIVE to identify one's location or providing false or misleading information
regarding one's location or place of residence.
6. Know your Customer (“KYC”)
TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems
necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right
to restrict service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.
7. Breach
7.1. In the event of a breach of any provision in this agreement by a User, TANASUB.LIVE
reserves the right to take appropriate action, including terminating this agreement or any
other agreement in place with the User and/or pursuing legal action.
7.2. The User agrees to fully compensate, defend and absolve TANASUB.LIVE and its
shareholders, directors, agents and employees from all claims, demands, liabilities,
damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges, that
may arise as a result of: (i) the User's breach of this agreement, whether in whole or in
part; (ii) the User's violation of any law or third-party rights; and (iii) the User's use of the
Service.
8. Limitations and Liability
8.1. Under no circumstances,, including but not limited to negligence, shall TANASUB.LIVE
be held responsible for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential
damages arising from the use or misuse of the Service. This includes, but is not limited
to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or
any other financial loss, even if TANASUB.LIVE had prior knowledge of the possibility of
such damages.
8.2. This Agreement shall not exclude or limit TANASUB.LIVE 's liability for death or personal
injury caused by its negligence.
9. Dispute
9.1. If you wish to file a complaint, please contact TANASUB.LIVE's customer service team at
https://tanasub.live/contact Should any dispute not be resolved to your satisfaction, you
can seek remedies in the governing law jurisdiction mentioned below.
10. Amendment
TANASUB.LIVE has the right to modify or update this Agreement or the Service at any time
without notice. By using the Service, you agree to any amendments to the Agreement
upon posting. We recommend that you review the terms and conditions of the
Agreement in effect at that time.
11. Governing Law
The laws of Costa Rica shall govern the Agreement and any related matters. You agree
that the courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute
relating to the Agreement and waive any right to object to an action being brought in
those courts. This clause does not limit TANASUB.LIVE's right to take legal action against
you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in a
jurisdiction, it does not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions in that
jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction.
12. Assignment
TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without prior
notice. The User is not permitted to assign any of their rights or obligations under this
Agreement.
13. Advantage Play
Should the Casino become aware of any user who accepts a bonus or promotion solely
to create a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at
securing a cash-out of the bonus or in any way tries to take advantage of received
bonuses, then TANASUB.LIVE will confiscate winnings immediately and close the account,
with the right to withhold any further withdrawals. Delaying any game round, including
free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering
requirement and/or performing new deposits while having free spins or bonus features
still available in a game, are examples of advantage play. To ensure fair gaming, equal,
zero or low margin bets or hedge betting are considered irregular gaming for bonus
play-through requirement purposes. If TANASUB.LIVE deems that irregular gameplay has
occurred, the Casino may withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
User Agreement
Term: the terms to this agreement are

hereinafter called 'The Website’
1. General

languages. However, the English version is the only legally binding version of the
agreement. In the event of any discrepancies between translations, the English version
of this User Agreement will prevail.
2. Binding Declarations
2.1. By accepting this User Agreement, you also agree to abide by the TANASUB.LIVE Rules
and Privacy Policy, which are included in this User Agreement by reference. In case of
any discrepancies between the User Agreement and the TANASUB.LIVE Rules and Privacy
Policy, the User Agreement will take precedence. By accepting this User Agreement,
you represent and warrant that:
2.1.1. You confirm that you are either at least 18 years old or have reached the legal
age or age of majority required by the laws applicable to you, whichever is higher.
2.1.2. You declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
with us and that no legal restrictions prevent you from doing so.
2.1.3. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and current information during
the term of this agreement and to promptly notify us of any changes to such information.
2.1.4. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any
taxes due under relevant laws on any winnings you receive from us.
2.1.5. You understand and accept that when using our services, you assume the risk of
losing the funds deposited into your Member Account and that you are fully responsible
for any such losses.
2.1.6. You are allowed to use online casino services in the jurisdiction where you are
located.
2.1.7. You will only use cryptocurrency for deposits and withdrawals from your Member
Account, and such cryptocurrency will be valid and lawfully owned by you.
2.1.8. You acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrency is subject to dramatic market

2.1.9. You acknowledge that the computer software, graphics, websites, and user
interface provided by TANASUB.LIVE and its associates are protected by copyright laws, and
may only be used for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with established
rules, agreements, and applicable laws.
2.1.10. You understand that Cryptocurrency is not recognized as legal currency or
tender, and is treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value on the Website.
2.1.11. You declare that you are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, or agent
of TANASUB.LIVE or any company related to TANASUB.LIVE, nor a relative or spouse of any of
the above.
2.1.12. You confirm that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler. If you develop
problem gambling while using our services, we will not be held responsible, but we will
inform you of available assistance. We may implement cool-off periods if we believe it
will be beneficial.
2.1.13. You acknowledge that we have the right to identify and prevent the use of
prohibited techniques such as fraudulent transactions, automated registration and
signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. We may use methods such as
examination of device properties, geo-location and IP masking detection, transactions
and blockchain analysis.
2.1.14. You agree that we may terminate and/or modify any games or events offered on
the Website and can refuse and/or restrict bets.
2.1.15. You agree that we have the right to ban/block multiple accounts and control the
assets in such accounts.
2.1.16. You become aware of errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree not to
take advantage of them and to report them immediately to TANASUB.LIVE. Failure to do so
may result in TANASUB.LIVE seeking compensation for any costs incurred.
2.1.17. TANASUB.LIVE has the right to conduct "KYC" verification procedures, and may
block or close your account if you provide false or misleading information.
2.2.18. TANASUB.LIVE may void a wager, partially or in full, at its discretion if it believes that
you or associates may have directly or indirectly influenced the outcome of an event to
gain an unfair advantage.
2.1.19. You or your associates are attempting to directly or indirectly evade TANASUB.LIVE's
rules.
2.1.20. Criminal activity has directly or indirectly affected the outcome of an event.
2.1.21. Wagers have been accepted during periods of technical problems that would not
have been accepted otherwise.
2.1.22. Wagers have been offered, placed, and/or accepted due to errors, such as
mistakes, vulnerabilities, technical errors, force majeure, or otherwise.
2.1.23. If a player's deposit fee is too low and is flagged by blockchain or similar site as
“not enough fee to relay”, TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to confiscate the winnings if
TANASUB.LIVE, at its own discretion, deems the transaction and behavior of the player to be
fraudulent.
3. Restricted Territories
3.1. Blacklisted Territories: China, Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Curacao,
France, United States and/or any other restricted by law, country or state. Note that it is
strictly forbidden to play on TANASUB.LIVE games in blacklisted countries mentioned
above.your personal data for the purpose of executing their duties and providing you
with the best possible assistance and service. You hereby consent to such disclosures.
4. General Betting Rules
4.1. Only registered account holders are allowed to place bets.
4.2. Bets can only be placed via the internet.
4.3. Once a bet is placed, it will be subject to the terms and conditions of the User
Agreement that was valid and available on the Website at the time the bet was
accepted.
4.4. If a bet is a winner, the payout will be credited to your account. The amount credited
is equal to the stake multiplied by the odds at which the bet was placed.
4.5. TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a TANASUB.LIVE account
if it is determined by TANASUB.LIVE in its sole discretion that such a payout has been
credited due to an error.
4.6. A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be amended, withdrawn, or
cancelled by you.
4.7. The list of all the bets, their status and details are available to you on the Website.
4.8. When you place a bet you acknowledge that you have read and understood in full
all of this User Agreement regarding the bet as stated on the Website.
4.9. TANASUB.LIVE manages your account, and calculates the available funds, the pending
funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of winnings. Unless proven otherwise,
these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
4.10. You are fully responsible for the bets placed.
4.11. Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1. TANASUB.LIVE has the right to immediately cancel any promotion, bonus, or bonus
program (such as top-up rewards, invite friends to reward bonuses, and loyalty
programs) if we suspect that the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being exploited.
If we have already paid out the bonus, we may refuse any withdrawal request and
deduct the amount from your account. The decision of whether a bonus has been set up
incorrectly or exploited is solely at the discretion of TANASUB.LIVE.
5.2. If you use a Deposit Bonus, you cannot withdraw your original deposit until you
have met the requirements specified in the User Agreement of the Deposit Bonus.
5.3. If a customer breaches any terms of an offer or promotion, or if there is evidence of
a group of customers placing bets resulting in guaranteed profits due to a promotional
offer, TANASUB.LIVE has the right to reclaim the bonus element of the offer. At TANASUB.LIVE's
discretion, bets may be settled at correct odds, the free bet or risk-free bets may be
voided, or bets funded by the deposit bonus may be voided. Additionally, TANASUB.LIVE
may charge an administration fee up to the value of the bonus, free bet, risk-free bet, or
additional payment to cover administrative costs. In some cases, TANASUB.LIVE may ask
the customer to provide documentation to verify their identity before crediting any
bonus, free bet, risk-free bet, or offer to their account.
5.4. All TANASUB.LIVE offers are intended for recreational players and TANASUB.LIVE may in its
sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any
promotion.
5.5. TANASUB.LIVE reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at
its own discretion.
5.6. Bonuses are limited to one per person/account, family, household, address, e-mail
address, IP address, and shared computer environments (such as universities,
fraternities, schools, public libraries, and workplaces). If evidence of abuse or fraud is
found, the Operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing
funds.
5.7. You understand that separate User Agreements apply to promotions, bonuses, and
special offers, which are in addition to this User Agreement. The provisions of such
promotions, bonuses, and special offers will prevail over this User Agreement in the
event of any conflict.
5.8. We may require you to bet a certain amount of your own deposit before using any
free/bonus funds credited to your account.
5.9. Some promotions may have Withdrawal restrictions and/or requirements that must
be met before funds credited under the promotion can be withdrawn. These terms will
be published and made available as part of the promotion. If you make a Withdrawal
before fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements, we will deduct the entire bonus
amount and any winnings associated with the use of the bonus amounts before
approving any Withdrawal.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 By using the website and participating in the games, you assume all risks and
understand that the website and games are provided without any expressed or implied
warranty.
6.2. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, we, our directors,
employees, partners, service providers:
6.2.1 Do not warrant that the software, Games and the Websites are fit for their

6.2.3 Do not warrant that the software, Games and the Websites will be accessible
without interruptions.
6.2.4. Shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct,

the Websites or your participation in the Games.
6.3. You understand and acknowledge that bets made during a malfunction in a Game
or its interoperability shall be void, including funds obtained from the malfunctioning
Game and subsequent game rounds with said funds, regardless of the Games played.
6.4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, employees, partners,
and service providers for any expenses, losses, damages, claims, and liabilities arising
from your use of the Website or participation in the Games.
6.5. Our maximum liability for any claims arising from your use of the Websites,
regardless of the cause of actions, will not exceed €100, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Breaches, Penalties and Termination
7.1 If you violate any term of this User Agreement or we have a reasonable suspicion
that you have done so, we may refuse to open, suspend, or close your Member
Account, or retain payment of your winnings and use such funds to cover any damages
owed by you.
7.2. You acknowledge that we, TANASUB.LIVE, hold the final decision-making authority in
determining whether your actions constitute a violation of our rules, terms, or conditions
that warrants suspension or permanent barring from participating in our site.
8. Self-exclusion
8.1. When you request a self-exclusion period, you agree to the following terms and
conditions, which will be in effect once Customer Support implements your chosen
self-exclusion period.
8.2. You can self-exclude for periods of 1, 3, 6, 12 months, or permanently. Requests for
self-exclusion should be made via Live Support.
8.3. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or
make withdrawals.
8.4. If you have pending bets on your account at the time of self-exclusion, those bets
will remain valid and will be settled according to the official results.
8.5. Once the period of self-exclusion has lapsed you may withdraw winnings from
qualifying bets. TANASUB.LIVE does not cancel or void any bets placed before a
self-exclusion has been affected.
8.6. The self-exclusion period cannot be changed or canceled for a shorter length of
time until the selected period has ended.
8.7. To extend the self-exclusion period, please contact our customer service team.
8.8. After the self-exclusion period, the account can be reinstated by sending a request
via email to https://tanasub.live/contact.
8.9. By self-excluding, you agree that:
a) You will not create another account during this period.
b) You will not deposit or attempt to deposit funds into a TANASUB.LIVE account.
c) You will not wager on this website during this period.
d) This is a voluntary act initiated by yourself, and BlockDance B.V. will not be liable for
any losses you may incur during the period of self-exclusion in any form.
